MEK gauging system measures the thickness and width of manufacturing products under production. The real-time measurement control system of our measuring machines enables product quality control, process optimization, and saving costs. The shapes of the scanner frames are O or C-type. The types of measuring sensors differ from X-ray, B-ray, LASER, IR, and others according to the types of scanners. Precise measurement, analysis, and reliable control are achievable showing the various analyzed data for the user to get a better process condition. Additiona the language option of the software is provided in Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese. The measured thickness range is from 0mm and to less than 100mm thoroughly and the measuring width is up to 12 meters. Widely used applications are plastic film, sheet and plate, metallic foils, separator film, coating, and roll press for secondary batteries and other advance materials.
